HammondCare is hiring a Home Care Worker to support older Australians in a social club setting in Blacktown.
You will deliver person-centered care, assist with daily activities and coordinate social outings under client care plans.
No formal qualification is required, but Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous.
A valid Australian driver's licence and First Aid are desirable, with WWC checks and solid teamwork a must.
