Your new company An exciting chance exists for an experienced Supply Planner to join a global manufacturing organisation with a strong market presence and a reputation for quality and innovation.
Working as part of a collaborative Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring product availability, inventory optimisation and supply continuity across a portfolio of manufactured products.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining supply plans to support forecasted customer demand
Balancing inventory levels to achieve service targets while minimising excess and obsolete stock
Collaborating with demand planning, procurement and operational teams to identify and mitigate supply risks
Managing replenishment planning and intercompany stock transfers
Coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure material availability
Supporting S&OP; activities through supply planning insights and recommendations




Monitoring and reporting on inventory and supply chain KPIs
Maintaining planning parameters and master data within SAP
Coordinating annual stocktakes, including reporting and variance investigations
Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance planning effectiveness
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in a Supply Planner, Materials Planner, Inventory Planner or similar supply chain planning role
Strong SAP experience, particularly within MRP planning processes
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Strong inventory management and replenishment planning capabilityExposure to S&OP; and cross-functional supply chain collaboration
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience within chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing, FMCG or other complex manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
