As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive service journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle service and repair needs Prepare repair estimates and service recommendations Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process Maintain accurate records and documentation of service work Proactively identify opportunities to generate additional service revenue Skills
