What you'll be doing: Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise Agreements Partnering with Account Managers/Executives to resolve customer challenges Delivering responsive, high-quality customer service across calls, email internal systems Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors Contributing to process improvements and operational excellence ✅ What we're looking for: Experience in a customer-focused or admin role (ICT environment highly regarded) Administration of complex Government arrangements Highly desirable experience in Microsoft licensing,
