Trainee Dental Receptionist
to join our friendly and professional team in Windsor Gardens, SA ****. This is a

Key responsibilities
Greeting patients in a warm and professional manner upon arrival at the practice
Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining an accurate appointment book
Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately
Processing patient registrations and updating patient records accurately
Handling patient payments and processing invoices in accordance with practice procedures
Maintaining confidentiality of patient information and adhering to privacy regulations
Assisting with administrative duties including filing, data entry and general office organisation
Supporting the clinical team by preparing treatment rooms and sterilising equipment as required
Responding to patient enquiries regarding treatment options and practice information
Contributing to a positive and professional team workplace

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail




Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn practice management software
A friendly, patient and empathetic demeanour

Discretion and respect for patient confidentiality
No previous experience necessary – we are willing to train the right candidate
