Physiotherapist | Casual Permanent Opportunities | Eastern Suburbs Sutherland Two opportunities available | Casual Permanent | Predominantly Aged Care | Limited travel | Established providers Limelight People are currently partnering with two large, established healthcare providers who are looking to grow their Physiotherapy teams across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Sutherland .
Both roles are predominantly focused on Aged Care clients within the community , with caseloads geographically structured to minimise unnecessary travel.
Your week will be split dedicated days spent in each area and limited travel between appts.
Option 1 - Casual Physiotherapist This is a great opportunity for a Physiotherapist looking for a short-term contract with full-time hours , whether you're between permanent roles, recently arrived in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa or simply looking for some flexibility.
• $40 - $47 per hour + casual loading , depending on experience • Approximately 3-month contract • Full-time hours • ASAP start • Predominantly Aged Care caseload • Community-based position • Eastern Suburbs Sutherland • Dedicated days in each area to minimise travel • Travel allowance provided • Support from an established wider team • Working Holiday Visa Physios welcome You'll be joining a well-established provider with existing clients and systems in place, allowing you to step into the role and focus on delivering quality clinical care.
Option 2 - Permanent Physiotherapist The permanent opportunity is open to Physiotherapists from New Graduate through to Senior level and would suit someone looking for a supportive organisation where they can continue developing clinically and progress longer term.
• $75k - $95k + super ,
depending on experience • Full-time permanent position • Current Graduates through to experienced Physios considered • Predominantly Aged Care community caseload • Manageable caseload with strong administrative support • Admin assistance with scheduling, follow-ups and coordination • Regular 1:1 clinical supervision and peer support • Regular in-services, workshops and learning opportunities • $1,000 annual CPD allowance • 2 additional days of PD leave following probation • Travel reimbursed at $1.01/km, plus tolls and parking • Regular team catch-ups and social events • Longer-term progression opportunities Although you'll be working within the community, there is a strong focus on keeping clinicians connected to the wider team, with regular supervision, peer support and team catch-ups.
For those looking to progress longer term, there are pathways into senior and leadership positions.
About You To be considered, you will ideally have: • AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist • An interest in working with older adults within the community • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to a wider clinical team • Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle • New Graduates and experienced Physiotherapists encouraged to apply • WHV candidates considered for the casual opportunity Apply via SEEK or contact Laura McCarthy at Limelight People on ************ for a confidential discussion.
