About the Role
Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries via email, phone or face-to-face
Provide exceptional customer service
Build and maintain strong relationships
Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine property inspections
Prepare detailed condition reports and follow up on inspection outcomes
Organise and conduct open homes and inspections for prospective tenants
Process tenant applications and reference checks
Draft and execute tenancy agreements, manage lease renewals and conduct rent reviews
Process bonds and bond refunds




Coordinate and oversee repairs to ensure properties remain in good condition
Day-to-day administration tasks including data entry, filing and general correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property and tenant information
Manage property advertising and on-line listings
Provide support to Property Manager
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 6 - 12 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager
Current Property Management Registration
Current drivers license and reliable vehicle
Strong administration skills
Proven customer service expertise
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Honest, reliable and respectful
A proven ability to build and manage relationships
Adaptability and a calm demeanour under pressure
A passion for delivering exceptional client service
