We're looking for:
Approximately 5+ years' HR experience Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a workforce of around 100 employees Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR compliance Experience interpreting and applying modern awards Solid employee relations and performance management experience Previous involvement in recruitment and workforce planning Confidence advising and influencing senior leaders Robust commercial judgement and the ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to operate independently Construction, building, property or another operational/blue-collar environment will be highly regarded Why join?
