Programs and services include, tenancy support, youth programs, AOD, NDIS, court support, as well as supporting and assisting people and families preparing for prison/being released from prison.
Position Specifics - 2 key autonomous roles are part of our multidisciplinary community support team, assisting families and people who are being released from prison or who are preparing for prison.
Including case loads and program delivery.
Skill Sets May Include:
