Due to a recent expansion (now ~850 rooms), we're growing our kitchen team and have a rare opportunity for an experienced Chef to join us.
About the Role You'll be working in a high-volume kitchen servicing workforce accommodation, delivering consistent, high-quality meals across breakfast and dinner service.
We're looking for someone who: Has solid experience in a commercial kitchen Thrives in a quick-paced, high-volume environment Brings creativity and pride to their food Has a positive attitude and contributes to team culture Responsibilities/Tasks: - Planning menus,



estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies - Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation - Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, other chefs, kitchen and waiting staff - Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures - Preparing and cooking food - Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations - Training other staff - Freezing and preserving foods Requirements AQF Associate Degreem Advanced Diploma or Diploma OR Relevant commercial kitchen experience - 3 +years Current Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
