You'll join an established national consultancy with significant planning, environmental and multidisciplinary capability, an existing NSW team and project pipeline, and growing demand across Transport, Water, Utilities, Energy, Renewables, Data Centres and major Government infrastructure .

You'll remain technically credible and close to complex infrastructure projects while gaining greater influence across clients, approvals strategy, major pursuits, mentoring and the continued development of the NSW planning practice .

What You'll Be Doing You'll take a senior role across environmental planning and approvals for complex NSW infrastructure projects.
This will include: Leading planning and environmental approvals across major infrastructure projects.
Providing senior advice across Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Reviews of Environmental Factors (REF), State Significant Development (SSD), State Significant Infrastructure (SSI), Development Applications and strategic planning matters .
Developing approvals strategies and advising clients on pathways, regulatory requirements, programme risk and project constraints.
Identifying approval constraints, environmental risks and stakeholder sensitivities early and developing practical strategies to address them.
Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary environmental inputs across complex projects.
Building trusted relationships with infrastructure owners, utilities, government agencies, developers and delivery partners.
Contributing to proposals,
tenders and major project pursuits.
Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and develop new work.
Mentoring planners and contributing to the continued development of the NSW planning capability.
About You Your current title matters less than the level you're operating at.
You may currently be a Principal, Associate, Senior Associate or Team Lead and will bring: Strong NSW infrastructure planning and approvals experience.
Current technical capability across EIS, REF, SSD and SSI.
Strong understanding of NSW planning legislation and approvals pathways.
Experience across Transport, Water, Utilities, Energy, Renewables or major infrastructure.
Consulting and commercial project experience.
Confidence dealing directly with senior clients and government stakeholders.
Experience contributing to proposals and developing others.
