About the Role We are excited to announce a current partnership with a prestigious school located in Adelaide's inner south-east.
We are now seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to commence immediately, overseeing afternoon cleaning operations across this large, high-profile site.
This is a working supervisor role, you will both lead the team and complete your own allocated cleaning areas each shift.
You will oversee a team of up to 8 cleaners on peak days, with reduced staffing on lighter scope days.
The role commences from 3pm Monday - Friday, approximately 24 hours per week.
As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be the on-site lead during the afternoon shift.
You will coordinate daily tasks, support your team, and ensure all areas meet required cleaning standards, while also completing your own cleaning duties.
This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, leads by example, and takes ownership of both quality and team performance.
