About the Opportunity Green Light is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our Melbourne team.
This role is ideal for a proven performer from an IT recruitment, workforce solutions, technology staffing or staff augmentation background who has evolved beyond traditional recruitment and is passionate about building strategic client relationships, opening new accounts and generating large-scale opportunities.
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new logo opportunities while expanding existing enterprise accounts through the delivery of workforce solutions, project services and broader technology outcomes.
Working closely with our delivery, consulting and solution teams, the Enterprise Account Manager will engage senior stakeholders across enterprise and government customers, helping them solve critical capability and technology challenges while building long-term partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
This is a true enterprise sales role where success comes from developing executive relationships, understanding customer strategies, identifying opportunities early, and converting them into meaningful revenue streams.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute account growth strategies across new and existing enterprise customers.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, Program Directors,
Procurement Leaders and Technology Executives.
Identify, develop and secure new logo opportunities across the Victorian market.
Expand existing customer relationships by uncovering workforce, project and technology service opportunities.
Generate, manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Work collaboratively with delivery, consulting and solution teams to create compelling customer solutions.
Position Green Light as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' business objectives, transformation programs and workforce challenges.
Lead strategic sales engagements from initial prospecting through to negotiation and closure.
Develop account plans and stakeholder maps to drive deeper customer penetration.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, GP and growth targets.
Stay informed of technology market trends and customer priorities to identify emerging opportunities.
Requirements: Proven success in IT recruitment, technology staffing, workforce solutions or staff augmentation sales within enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience winning new business and growing existing accounts.
Strong track record of building executive-level relationships and navigating complex customer organisations.
Ability to identify customer challenges and align solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Commercially astute with strong sales discipline and pipeline management skills.
Highly developed networking, presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Experience managing long sales cycles and complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of workforce and project-based technology delivery models.
Highly Regarded: Exposure to technology services, consulting, project delivery, managed services or broader IT solutions.
Experience selling into enterprise, government, utilities, financial services, telecommunications or large commercial organisations.
Desire to further develop expertise across consulting, project and managed technology service offerings.
