Our client is looking for a reliable and eager forklift operator to join their team in Forrestfield.
This role is rotating weekly rosters between day and afternoon shifts, with temp to permanent opportunities available!
Key Responsibilities: Unload sea containers from rail wagons as trains arrive Load and unload steel coils from trucks using a counterbalance forklift Remove foam blocks from containers by hand that secure steel coils Work both indoors and outdoors Opportunity to receive training in Gantry Crane operations (for suitable candidates) Requirements: Current LF Forklift Licence (experience preferred, but applicants with limited experience and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply) Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Physically fit and capable of manual handling Gantry Crane ticket is highly regarded but not essential Shift Details: Weekly rotating roster: Day Shift: 5:45am - 2:00pm Afternoon Shift:
