Primary Teacher Salary Range: $79,589 - $118,063 + 12% super Location: Near Endevour Hills Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (remainder of ****) with strong potential for ongoing Tradewind Australia is proud to partner with a respected government school in Melbourne's south-east to recruit an experienced and passionate Primary Classroom Teacher.

About the Role This is a hands on Primary Classroom Teacher chance for someone who is confident taking ownership of a class and building strong learning momentum quickly.
The school is looking for a strong operator who can combine explicit routines, explicit teaching and calm consistency to create a settled, productive learning environment.




You'll be supported by a collaborative team and clear leadership expectations, with a strong emphasis on student wellbeing and trauma-informed practice.
Teachers who can confidently articulate their classroom approach (structure, behaviour supports, engagement strategies and differentiation) will be highly regarded.
