Job Description Lead, motivate and develop the Food Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve Total Customer Satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, room service and conference events.
Drive Food Beverage revenue through innovative initiatives, promotions and effective upselling strategies.
Manage departmental labour, costs, productivity and overall financial performance.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership team to achieve operational and business objectives.
Ensure effective rostering and staffing levels in line with business requirements.
Recruit, train, coach and develop team members while building a positive and high-performing culture.
Maintain strong relationships with VIP, regular and returning guests.
Manage guest feedback, service recovery and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, RSA, WHS and Accor brand standards.
Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support conference, event and banqueting operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of presentation, service quality and operational consistency.
Act as a key member of the hotel's emergency response team when required.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:



Previous experience as a Food Beverage Manager, Assistant Food Beverage Manager or senior F B leader within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Demonstrated experience managing restaurant, bar and event/banqueting operations.
Strong commercial awareness with experience in revenue generation, labour management and cost control.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for guest service.
Ability to coach, motivate and develop a diverse team.
Strong attention to detail and skilled presentation.
Valid NSW RSA .
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
