While experience in an F I Business Manager role is preferred, we are also happy to consider candidates with automotive industry experience who are looking to take their career in a new direction.

Key Responsibilities :



Manage the Finance and Insurance process for customers purchasing a motor vehicle Maximise finance and insurance penetration and revenue Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers Build strong relationships with customers and dealership teams Negotiate and close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience Ensure all finance and insurance processes are completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements Work closely with the sales team to identify and maximise opportunities To Be Successful, You Will Have : Previous F I Business Manager experience is preferred Alternatively, automotive industry experience with a strong desire to develop a career in F I will be considered Excellent sales and negotiation skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships A professional, motivated and results-driven approach Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within compliance requirements The ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team A genuine desire to learn, grow and achieve Why Join Q Automotive?
