A day in the life of a Venue Manager at this business will include planning for operational success, stock inventory management, overseeing food safety, daily reporting, P L management, and ensuring teams are meeting performance targets across multiple casual dining outlets.
You will be playing a supporting role to the General Manager of Operations, being visible and hands on to your teams on the ground who will need coaching and support through busy trading periods.
