Times International is an established Australian wholesale and distribution business specialising in the importation and distribution of a diverse range of food products.
With operations across multiple Australian states, our business supports an extensive customer and distribution network through coordinated sales, procurement, warehousing, customer service and administrative functions.
Due to our ongoing operational requirements, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at our Coburg North location.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the Coburg North office and ensuring effective coordination between administration and key business functions.
The position will play an important role in maintaining efficient office systems, coordinating administrative personnel and resources, managing business records and supporting the administrative requirements of our wholesale and distribution operations.
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Coburg North office, including office systems, records, resources and administrative workflows.
Coordinate and supervise administrative support activities, allocate priorities and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate business records and documentation relating to customer orders, purchasing, incoming goods, deliveries and distribution activities.




Liaise with Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure productive communication and flow of operational documentation.
Work closely with the Accountant and bookkeeping team to coordinate invoices, purchase documentation, expenses and supporting financial records.
Coordinate staff administration, including onboarding documentation, leave and training records and general personnel administration.
Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, maintenance requirements and external service providers within delegated authority.
Maintain office, employee, asset, compliance and workplace health and safety records.
Coordinate administrative requirements between Coburg North and the company's interstate operations.
Prepare administrative reports for management and recommend improvements to office procedures, internal communication and operational efficiency.
About You To be successful in this position, you will have: Relevant qualifications in business, administration, management or a related field.
Minimum 3 experience in office management or senior office administration.
What We Offer Full-time ongoing employment.
Competitive salary of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
Based at our Coburg North, Victoria operations.
