Zonzo Restaurant Pty Ltd t/as Zonzo Estate Yarra Valley, located in the heart of Yarra Glen, is seeking an experienced full-time Chef to join its expanding team.
This unique venue has a relaxed yet professional approach to its food, with strong focus on antipasto, pizze and share plates.
Job Description: Preparing and cooking food to a high standard and in accordance with regulations and policies Ensuring quality and presentation of dishes cooked Assisting the Head Chef to plan seasonal menus and specials Mentoring, and assisting in training and supervising junior chefs and kitchen staff Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures Freezing and preserving food Assisting in monitoring stocks of food and kitchen supplies Assisting in checking food deliveries for quality,
