ING's International Talent Programme (ITP) - Human Resources Stream is an 18-month global graduate experience designed to accelerate your career while making an impact on people, culture and organisational success from day one.
During three rotations, you will gain hands-on HR exposure, undertake an international assignment within ING's global network, and work on strategic projects with mentoring and coaching throughout the programme. A permanent role is possible after successful completion.
