Transdev John Holland Buses is seeking an experienced Workshop Leading Hand to provide hands-on leadership to a diverse maintenance team across multiple depots in Port Botany, Randwick and Waverley, with duties centred at Port Botany. You will drive safety, quality and fleet reliability while managing up to 30 staff and contractors.
The role requires a NSW MVTC Motor Mechanic qualification, current HC or C licence, and proven supervisory experience in heavy vehicle maintenance or bus operations.
