As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced, Practice Administrator to become the operational heart of our business.
This is a varied, hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. You'll oversee our administration and client service functions, support our team, improve systems and processes, and help deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and staff.

About the Role
As the Practice Administrator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the practice while remaining actively involved in administration and client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day administration and operations of the practice.
Coordinating workflow and monitoring job progress to help meet client deadlines.
Working closely with the Directors and accountants to improve efficiency and practice performance.
Managing client onboarding, engagement documentation and compliance processes.
Preparing client correspondence, reports and professional documentation.
Maintaining accurate client records and practice management systems.
Liaising with clients, the ATO, ASIC and other external stakeholders.
Assisting with invoicing.
Reviewing and improving administrative systems and procedures.
About You
You'll be an experienced administration professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
You'll be confident managing competing priorities, supporting people and finding practical solutions to improve the way a business operates.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience in a Practice Administration, Client Services, Office Manager or Operations role.
Experience working within a public practice accounting firm.
Experience using Practice Management Software as well as Corporate Affairs Software
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
Confidence leading and supporting a small administration team.
A proactive, positive and collaborative approach.
The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
A genuine desire to contribute to the success of the practice.
