As we continue to expand, we are seeking two motivated Territory Sales Representatives—one to take ownership of Queensland and one to take ownership of New South Wales—and help drive our next phase of growth.

About the Role
These are field-based positions, with each successful candidate responsible for developing and growing their allocated state. You'll work directly with construction equipment dealers, hire companies, builders, concreters and contractors to increase sales and strengthen the Hoppt brand in your territory.
Each representative will have the autonomy to manage their own state territory while receiving ongoing support from our experienced management team.
Key Responsibilities




Develop and grow sales throughout your allocated territory—Queensland or New South Wales
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and key customers
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Grow existing customer accounts through regular visits and follow-up
Conduct product demonstrations and training where required
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
Attend trade shows, dealer events and industry exhibitions
Travel extensively throughout your allocated state, with overnight stays and occasional interstate travel as required
About You
We're looking for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys being on the road and building lasting customer relationships.
You'll ideally have:
Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience
Experience in construction equipment, industrial products, power tools, building materials, automotive or related industries is highly regarded
A proven ability to generate new business while maintaining existing accounts
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office




A current Australian Driver Licence
What We Offer
Competitive base salary of $85,000–$95,000
