About the position:
As Depot Supervisor, you will oversee the effective management of construction and maintenancesupplies, ensuring productive depot operations and asset management. The role is responsible for depotmaintenance and security, minor plant coordination, compliance inspections, and the procurement,allocation, maintenance, and disposal of minor plant and equipment.
This role is offered on a 9‐day fortnight, giving you every second Friday off to recharge, planadventures, or enjoy more time doing what matters to you.
Key accountabilities:
Coordinate day to day depot stores and yard operations including but not limited to managingmaterial stockpiles, booking out minor plant and equipment.
Manage minor plant and equipment storage and bookings in accordance with the operationalprocedures, record and report any non-conformance to relevant Supervisor and/or Manager.
Maintain depot fuel supplies and material stockpiles in a tidy state, ensuring quantities aresufficient at all times for the working week ahead.
Ensure all depot stock is accurately recorded and have account numbers allocated for correctcharging out or disposing.

Position requirements:
The successful applicant will ideally have nationally recognised qualification in Logistics orWarehousing with on the job experience and demonstrated ability to manage stores, depot and fleetoperations.
Applicants who have significant knowledge, skills and experience but do not have formalqualifications are encouraged to apply.
Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is requiredof all positions at the City.
Remuneration and benefits:
A salary ranging from $89,127 per annum to $100,195 per annum will be offered dependent onknowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
