Your Role
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a high-turnover outlet setting.
Drive a high-performance culture through training, motivation, and ongoing development.
Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and wage control.
Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver strong commercial results.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Recruit, develop, and mentor future retail leaders across Western Sydney locations.
About You
You're a passionate and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume outlet environment.
You'll bring:
