Support the
system design and project delivery of overseas data center energy storage projects
, coordinating with R&D;, engineering, and design teams to align technical requirements and finalize technical agreements.
Monitor industry trends and competitor technology roadmaps in the
data center energy storage market
. Prepare competitive analysis and market insight reports to provide input for product planning and development.
Qualifications




Bachelor's degree or above in
Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics
, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience
in energy storage, data centers, or related solution engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of typical
data center power architectures
, including UPS and HVDC systems, backup power strategies, and reliability requirements. Hands‐on experience with data center energy storage projects is required.
Positive understanding of key
BESS components
, including battery systems,
PCS, and EMS
, as well as their operating principles and equipment selection criteria.
Fluent English
, with the ability to use English as a working language. Experience communicating with customers and stakeholders on international projects is preferred.
Willingness and ability to
travel internationally
as required.
