The Role
You'll own the day to day detail that keeps planning accurate and moving.
Deliver weekly sales, stock and KPI reporting across AU and US markets
Track purchase orders from despatch through to warehouse put away
Maintain range plans, buy plans and new SKU set up
Monitor stock cover, ageing and sell through, flagging risks early




Prepare trade inputs and performance data for weekly trading meetings
Support Production, Operations and Marketing with day to day planning queries
Who We're Looking For
You're organised, curious and drawn to detail, and you see this role as the start of something, not just a task list.
1 to 2 years in retail, ecommerce or a planning support role
Confident in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and lookups
Naturally detail oriented and quick to spot inconsistencies
Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Curious about the numbers, not just recording them
And the non-negotiables: you follow things through without being asked twice, you ask good questions and chase down what you need, and you're genuinely keen to build a career in planning, not just fill in time.
