The Role
We're seeking a Project Manager with experience in Land Development and Infrastructure to join our Richmond office. This role involves managing a diverse range of projects, including industrial/commercial developments, master-planned residential communities, and major sports facility redevelopments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all project stages, including Client PCG meetings and design coordination sessions
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
Prepare and review tenders, contracts, cost estimates, and feasibility reports
Engage and manage subconsultants from briefing through project completion




Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and invoicing
About You
Proven experience in Project Management within Land Development or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
Ability to interpret construction plans and understanding of civil design
Experience managing diverse projects and multitasking effectively
Robust client and authority relationship management skills
