We are looking for motivated and hands-on Store Managers / Supervisors to join Auntie Anne's. You will lead by example, support and develop the store team, and help deliver freshly made products and friendly customer service every day. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, maintaining food safety and brand standards, controlling stock and labour costs, and creating a positive, high-performing workplace.
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's day-to-day performance. You will build a capable and engaged team while managing customer service, product quality, sales, labour, stock and operating standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and developing the store team
Onboarding and training new employees
Preparing rosters and maintaining appropriate staffing levels
Driving sales and delivering an excellent customer experience
Monitoring labour, stock, wastage and other operating costs
Ordering stock and completing inventory checks
Maintaining food safety, workplace safety and cleanliness standards
Managing opening, closing and cash-control procedures
Reviewing store results and taking action to improve performance
Ensuring company policies and Auntie Anne's brand standards are followed
Working closely with the management team on store goals and local initiatives

About You
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have previous experience in hospitality, retail or quick-service restaurants
Have leadership experience appropriate to the position
Are positive, reliable and comfortable leading by example
Communicate clearly and enjoy developing others
Can stay organised and make sound decisions in a busy environment
Care about product quality, cleanliness and customer service
Are available to work a versatile roster, including some weekends, evenings and public holidays
Have full Australian working rights
Previous management experience is preferred for Store Manager applicants. Experience with rostering, stock control, food safety and store performance will be highly regarded.
