T&C; Contracting is a growing civil and landscape construction business based in Helensvale, Queensland. The business supports project delivery through close coordination between management, project teams, field employees, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
ABOUT THE ROLE
T&C; Contracting is seeking a capable and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the General Manager in a busy construction environment. This role will coordinate the General Manager's diary, meetings, documents, actions and stakeholder communication, helping management priorities progress efficiently and accurately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
manage the General Manager's diary, appointments and meeting schedule
prepare agendas, meeting papers, correspondence, reports and presentations
take accurate minutes and maintain action and follow-up registers
coordinate travel, venues and meeting logistics where required
screen and direct calls, emails, visitors and requests appropriately
maintain confidential executive and business records
liaise with project teams,
employees, clients, suppliers and external advisers
track deadlines and provide clear progress updates to the General Manager
support document control and general administration during busy periods
ABOUT YOU
at least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrator
strong diary management, minute-taking and document preparation skills
professional discretion and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Teams and PowerPoint
clear written and verbal communication and solid attention to detail
ability to anticipate requirements, organise competing priorities and follow actions through
construction or project-based business experience is desirable
xero bookkeeping exposure desirable but not required
