Many of our centres are led by Franchisee Owner-Operators—qualified and experienced early childhood professionals who have progressed through leadership roles within Mother Duck Childcare and now operate their own successful services.
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor to join our Enoggera service. This is a permanent opportunity, with both full-time and part-time arrangements considered for the right candidate.
As one of our Franchisor-operated services, Enoggera provides a unique opportunity to work closely with our experienced Support Office team, gaining mentorship, coaching and leadership development that extends beyond the service level. This role offers exceptional exposure to the operational, pedagogical and business aspects of early childhood leadership.

What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous leadership experience within an early childhood education and care service
Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard and relevant legislation
A genuine passion for high-quality education, leadership, mentoring educators and building strong relationships with children and families
