GBP is a successful family-owned mobile crane and heavy haulage company servicing the New England and Northwest sice **** and is currently seeking to fill the role of a Maintenance Supervisor.
The role of Maintenance Supervisor at GBP requires a team leader who is able to strategically plan servicing and scheduled maintenance activities for a large fleet of cranes and trucks across a range of brands such as Terex, Liebherr, Mack, Kenworth, Drake.
The successful applicant will have the following skills:
Trade qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Plant/Road Transport), preferably with an understanding of NHVAS requirements;
Leadership experience with the ability to work in a multi-faceted team setting;
Proactive attitude with the ability to plan around operational fleet requirements,



routine maintenance tasks and breakdowns;
Oversee, lead and guide mechanical staff including apprentices;
Ability and willingness to work on the tools and lead by example;
Ability to manage stock and liaise with suppliers;
Experience in programs such as Assigner and Xero would be beneficial, however not essential.
The Maintenance Supervisor role at GBP Cranes and Heavy Haulage offers a roster of Monday to Friday with an RDO every second Friday. A company vehicle is also supplied as part of this employment package.
This role is based at GBP Cranes and Heavy Haulage Workshop in Gunnedah.
