About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator / Systems Engineer to support a large enterprise operational workplace. The role focuses on endpoint management, identity services, security operations and day-to-day infrastructure support, while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft SCCM and Intune
Manage Windows endpoint patching and application deployments
Package applications using SCCM, Patch My PC and Intune
Monitor and remediate Microsoft Defender and Sentinel alerts
Support vulnerability management and remediation
Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Manage application allow-listing (Airlock) and network segmentation (Illumio)
Liaise with the managed SOC (Kordia)



and end users to resolve security incidents
Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow
Contribute to small infrastructure and security projects
Required Skills
SCCM / MECM and Microsoft Intune
Windows endpoint administration and patching
Application packaging and deployment
Microsoft Defender and Sentinel
Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Vulnerability management
ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Desirable:
Experience with Airlock, Illumio, Patch My PC, or working alongside a Security Operations Centre (SOC).
