Palm Lake Care Mount Warren Park is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our clinical leadership team on a full time basis from Monday to Friday. You'll work closely with the Clinical Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care are delivered every day.
This role leads and mentors Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants, oversees resident assessments and care planning, supports audits and quality improvement, and upholds infection control and governance across the home.
