St. Michael's College is inviting Expressions of Interest from enthusiastic Primary Language Teachers to join our vibrant team in ****. In this role, you will lead the explicit teaching of the Languages key learning area across Prep to Year 6, equipping our students with the skills and global perspectives needed for lifelong learning in a rapidly changing world.

Drive Inclusive Education:

Selection Criteria
Applicants must submit written responses addressing the following selection criteria (maximum of 1 page per criterion):
SC1:
Demonstrated ability to proactively design, implement and assess effective Languages curriculum for Primary students utilising Universal Design for Learning (UDL) guidelines, leading to the achievement of quality learning outcomes for all students.
SC2:
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, implement proactive, tiered behaviour management strategies (MTSS) and apply interpersonal skills in order to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
SC3:
Demonstrated ability to integrate information technology into the learning program.
SC4:
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team in order to establish productive partnerships and achieve educational outcomes.
SC5:
Demonstrated ability to build cooperative relationships with parents and the wider school community.
