The Role |
Reporting to senior leadership, the Global Wholesale Manager will own and drive the international wholesale strategy across key global markets.
This highly commercial role will oversee seasonal sales, agency and distributor relationships, key accounts and new business development. You will represent the brand throughout the global wholesale calendar, delivering an elevated partner experience while achieving ambitious revenue and distribution objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the international wholesale strategy
Managing and growing relationships with global agencies, distributors, key accounts and retail partners
Identifying current markets, commercial opportunities and strategically aligned accounts
Leading seasonal showrooms, sales appointments and collection presentations, both locally and internationally
Delivering seasonal and annual revenue targets across assigned territories
Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, payment arrangements and delivery schedules
Analysing sales, sell-through and market performance to identify opportunities and manage risk
Driving in-season orders, replenishment and stock swaps to support partner performance
Developing exclusive product, capsule and marketing opportunities with key wholesale partners
Ensuring wholesale tools, including line sheets, lookbooks and order forms, are delivered accurately and on time




Partnering with design, merchandising, marketing, finance, logistics and operations teams to deliver a seamless wholesale experience
Supporting agencies and partners with training, product knowledge and brand direction
Contributing to broader commercial projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Representing the brand at international showrooms, market appointments and industry events
The Skillset |
You will be an established wholesale leader with international experience gained within premium fashion, activewear, lifestyle or a closely aligned consumer brand.
Commercially astute and highly relationship-driven, you understand how to balance global growth with disciplined distribution and long-term brand equity. You will be equally comfortable presenting a collection, negotiating with senior buyers, analysing performance and collaborating across internal teams.
To be successful, you will bring:
Significant wholesale sales experience within a premium fashion or lifestyle environment
Demonstrated success managing international markets, agencies, distributors and key accounts
A strong global network and informed understanding of the premium retail landscape
Proven experience delivering revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills
Strong commercial judgement and confidence interpreting sales and sell-through data
Experience managing seasonal sales campaigns and international showroom appointments
Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
The ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Flexibility to travel internationally as required
