We2re recruiting for a well-established independent Lebanese restaurant in West London, looking for an experienced
General Manager
to lead the team and oversee the day-to-day operation. Set across three floors, the restaurant offers a busy dining room, bar and private dining spaces, with a team of around **** employees.
The Role
Lead and develop the front and back of house teams
Be the face of the business and deliver an excellent guest experience
Maintain high service standards, SOPs and operational systems
Manage labour, rotas and the overall performance of the restaurant
Work closely with the owners to continue driving the business forward
About You
Previous experience as a General Manager in a premium restaurant
Good understanding of Lebanese cuisine
Experience working within an independent restaurant environment
Solid operational and people management skills
Able to bring structure, consistency and high standards while maintaining a hands-on approach
Package
£60,000–£70,000 (basic salary plus tronc)
