CSL Seqirus is hiring for an
Mechanical Technician/Fitter
at our current state of the art site in Tullamarine, Melbourne. This world class 28,400 square metre facility includes clean-rooms, office and manufacturing space to support the production of influenza vaccines and critical antivenoms for Australia and other markets.
Responsibilities
Under general supervision, provides technical support for validation and maintenance of production equipment, utilities and systems
Monitors quality and system standards to ensure reliability and compliance with company standards and governmental regulatory requirements
Verifies calibration, maintenance and repair of the instruments
Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards




Assists with documentation for validation procedures and technical reports related to systems, products and/or processes
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training; Associate's degree in Engineering, Physical or Biological Science preferred
3-5 years' relevant experience
Pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred
