DPV Health is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Melbourne. You will help people with disabilities live independently, providing support during program delivery, meals, personal care and social activities, while fostering a positive workplace for physical and emotional well-being.
The role requires flexibility to work morning, day, afternoon, sleepovers, evenings and weekends, with a strong focus on safety, high-care support
