As a
Casual Support Worker
with
Born to Shine
, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with disabilities. This may include:
Assisting with daily personal care and household tasks
Supporting community participation and social outings
Helping with meal preparation, shopping, and budgeting
Providing emotional support and companionship
Supporting children with school pick-up/drop-off and fun activities
What We're Looking For
A caring and enthusiastic attitude
Previous experience in disability or community services (preferred but not required)
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
A driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
