Girls With Gems is seeking a commercially minded CRM & Retention Lead to own customer lifecycle marketing across the brand. This role focuses on getting customers to come back more often and increasing customer lifetime value by owning email, SMS, loyalty, and automation end-to-end.
You will analyze data, identify opportunities, craft strategy, execute campaigns, and continuously optimise performance in a fast-moving fashion and DTC workplace.
