Newcastle Anglican is seeking an experienced Youth & Family Practitioner to provide holistic, strengths-based support to young people and families facing challenging circumstances including domestic violence, mental health concerns and family separation.
You will maintain a caseload, deliver individual and group interventions, advocate for clients, coordinate referrals, and work with schools and community services with trauma-informed, child-centred approaches.
