We're looking for a hands-on Product Analyst to join Project OneCore, a major program that will bring together MyState and Auswide onto a new core banking platform and help shape the future of banking for our customers. As part of this exciting transformation, you'll play a key role in analysing, simplifying and designing the products that will support our customers for years to come.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a high-profile strategic program, collaborating with Product, Technology and business stakeholders to influence decisions that will have a lasting impact across the organisation.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Product Lead, you'll combine analytical thinking with a practical, hands-on approach as you help define MyState's future product set across lending and deposits.
You'll be involved in:
Analysing and mapping existing lending and deposit products into our future-state banking platform
Supporting product rationalisation and simplification activities across the business
Working closely with the Product Lead and wider Product team to understand requirements and shape future solutions
Participating in workshops, project meetings and stakeholder discussions to drive outcomes
Using data, insights and product knowledge to support key business decisions
What You'll Bring
Experience in product management, product analysis or product development within financial services
Strong knowledge of lending products, with deposits experience viewed favourably




Confidence analysing data and translating insights into practical recommendations
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working across business teams
A proactive, curious mindset and a desire to be part of meaningful change
