Wales has been known around Perth for being 'Built on Quality' for over 50 years: The 5-acre covered site is purpose-built for heavy vehicle repairs, with 28 truck bays and 7 trailer bays in the mechanical workshop, 8 panel shop bays, and 5 paint shop bays with 2 large spray booths built specifically for Heavy Vehicles, all kept in pristine condition.

The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Manager to join the team at Wales in Malaga
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of quality parts, ensuring efficient cycle times and site profitability.
Role responsibilities
Order parts via parts management/ordering system
Receive parts - check correct and not damaged
Enter parts invoices accurately into quoting/management system
Be aware of parts ETA and possible delays
Procure parts to ensure profitability
Manage stock including credit notes, parts and goods returned
Upon parts arrival record job number and store in the appropriate area
Explore alternative options for the supply of delayed parts
Receive parts via parts management/ordering system
Credit parts via parts management/ordering system
Confirm discount levels are accurate in parts management/ordering system
Follow up suppliers for parts credits
Coordinate and order sublet repairs
Process sublet repair invoices




If required, order paint and consumables in accordance with production needs through AMA Distribution Centres (Ensure appropriate sign off obtained prior to placing order)
Process/receipt paint and consumables ordered
