The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactiveFacilities Coordinatorto support day-to-day operations at our Scoresby Distribution Centre. This role is responsible for coordinating facilities services, managing office maintenance, supporting workplace health and safety initiatives, and ensuring employees and visitors experience a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in creating efficient workplaces, and has solid administrative and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related service requests.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and building management.
Support workplace health and safety compliance, inspections, and reporting.
Monitor office supplies, amenities, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Support emergency preparedness activities and workplace safety initiatives.
Track facilities expenses and assist with budget administration.
Maintain accurate facilities records, documentation, and compliance registers.
Identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency and employee experience.
Ideal Candidate will have
Previous experience in facilities coordination, office management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues promptly.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is desirable.
A hands-on,



customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.
