What You'll Be Doing
Develop strategic roadmap, ownership model and decision pathways for the employee AI experience
Establish a structured process to discover, assess and prioritise AI opportunities
Translating genuine employee and business problems into polished, supported and measurable AI experiences
Defining quality standards for AI agent design, grounding, testing, publication, support and retirement
Coordinating the evaluation of AI tools, platforms and vendors, with consideration for security, scalability, supportability, cost and employee fit
Building persona-based adoption and enablement pathways that strengthen employee confidence and capability

What We're Looking for
Proven experience leading AI, digital product, service design, adoption or modern workplace capability within a complex enterprise
Strong knowledge of enterprise AI products, employee agents and practical AI use cases
Experience in AI experience design, evaluation, product discovery and lifecycle management
An understanding of responsible AI, privacy, information protection and governance
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and automation ecosystems
Experience with change, communication, adoption and learning approaches
The ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders
