Join our IT team in one of many newly created roles at the heart of DuluxGroup's digital transformation, helping deliver a major business upgrade across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Databricks.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver small to medium digital, technology and business IT projects
Develop project plans, schedules, roadmaps and status reports
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and scope changes
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
Facilitate project ceremonies, workshops and governance forums
Provide clear updates and recommendations to stakeholders
Identify blockers early and keep delivery on track

What We're Looking for
5+ years project management experience delivering digital, technology or transformation projects
Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, Scrum Master or similar are highly desirable
Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
Practical experience in governance, RAID management and reporting
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
A hands-on, organised and solutions-focused approach
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Microsoft Project
