We are partnering with a leading Data & AI Consulting organisation to hire an experienced Databricks Solution Architect for a permanent opportunity based in Sydney, Australia.If you've successfully delivered enterprise Databricks solutions and enjoy solving complex data and AI challenges, I'd love to hear from you.Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.Architect scalable cloud data platforms across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.Lead end-to-end Databricks implementations from discovery through production.Build contemporary data pipelines using Apache Spark, Delta Lake and ETL/ELT best practices.Drive platform performance, scalability,



governance and security.Lead architecture workshops and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture best practices.Required SkillsStrong hands-on Databricks expertiseClient-facing consulting and stakeholder managementExperience: 10+ years in Data Engineering / Data Platforms / AnalyticsPreferredDatabricks Data Engineer Professional CertificationAdditional AWS, Azure or GCP certificationsWho Should Apply?
