working on retail leasing and broader commercial property matters across Queensland while mentoring junior lawyers within a cooperative and supportive team.About the role:The role centres on retail leasing and shopping centre matters, complemented by a broader commercial property and business law caseload.Retail leasing transactions and shopping centre investment matters across QueenslandCommercial property sales, purchases and leasing more broadlyStrata titling and property development filesBusiness sales and purchases, and shareholder or corporate restructuringCommercial contracts and franchising mattersManaging complex files autonomously while mentoring junior lawyersWhat you'll bring:5-7+ years PAE in commercial property, retail leasing and/or commercial law - Private practice experience essential (5 years minimum)Confidence managing clients and files autonomouslyStrong drafting and negotiation skillsA commercially astute and culturally aware approach to client serviceMandarin or Cantonese language skills highly regarded, though not essentialCurrent unrestricted Queensland practising certificate
